How do I know if my property is a good fit?

Is the property too gross, too smelly, or too ugly?
Be realistic. Do you actually foresee the seller having the budget to get the property into selling condition? If the problem is in the air (smells that only replacing the carpet will fix), in the walls (needing a full head-to-toe repaint, from improper ventilation, fire damage, or indoor smoking), or relating to water damage (black mold or mildew), don’t try to fix it on your own.
Is the issue fixable but will take way too long to deal with?
The property might not be gross, but if it's old enough that no one will buy it without major updates, that might be something to consider when determining whether or not to list the property. Cleaning out a hoarder house might be doable, but it’ll take ages (and you never know what other issues you might uncover along the way, literally.) Will I still list the property?
If you don’t like our offer, you can still list the property and we can help you find the right partner for the property.
Does Green Pine Homes write the contract?
We’re happy to work with your seller on any terms or conditions that will help us create a win-win deal for everybody.
Does Green Pine Homes represent the seller?
Nope! You still represent the seller, not us. We’ll purchase the property from you in a regular transaction, and it will be completely out of both of your hands. We’ll list it independently when the work is finished.
